Functional Capacity Assessments
Our Functional Capacity Assessments are designed to evaluate a participant’s strengths, challenges, and level of functional independence in daily life. These assessments are comprehensive and evidence-based, using recognised tools such as the WHODAS 2.0, Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADL), and the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS), where applicable.
Each report is tailored to support NDIS funding requests and recommendations that align with a participant’s unique goals and support needs.

- Initial consultation and background review
- Comprehensive telehealth assessments
- Use of standardised clinical tools (e.g., WHODAS 2.0, IADL, CANS)
- Detailed, personalised high-quality report writing
- Review and finalisation of the report within 10 days of your first meeting with one of our Occupational Therapists where required
Duration:
15 hours total (in line with standard NDIS pricing and reporting guidelines)
Turnaround Time:
Completed and finalised within 10 days of the initial appointment with one of our Occupational Therapists
